Toni March, is a supervisor in the Office of Blindness and Vision Services with the Division of Rehabilitation Services. She has been employed in the field of rehabilitation for over 20 years. She worked as an employment placement person and job coach supervisor for several years prior to her employment with the Division of Rehabilitation Services. At the Division of Rehabilitation Services, Ms. March worked with persons with multiple disabilities and transitioning youth for several years, prior to becoming a supervisor within. She has a B.A. from Towson University and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Baltimore.
