Registration Fees:

*Fee for children 12 and under does not include the dinner dance.

Your registration fee covers attendance at all sessions, access to the exhibit hall, all coffee breaks, Friday’s Opening Luncheon and Exhibitors’ Reception (includes a complimentary beverage and light appetizers), Saturday’s Reception and Dinner/Dance (includes two complimentary beverages), continental-style breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning, bag to store materials distributed at the conference, and transportation to and from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport throughout the weekend. A registration form must be completed for each person attending the conference. Forms may be photocopied.

You can register for the conference online or over the phone by calling 800-683-5555. Both of these registration options require that you use credit card as your form of payment. If you would like to pay by check or money order, you will need to complete and return a registration form (for EACH guest) with payment in full to the Foundation by mail. The mailing address for registration forms is: Foundation Fighting Blindness, PO Box 17279, Baltimore, MD 21297-0495. You can obtain a registration form from the conference website or by calling 800-683-5555. Early Bird discounted registration fees apply until July 1, 2008. Afterward, you will be charged the regular registration fee.
