Information for Exhibitors

An organization or company that provides products, services, or resources to visually impaired and blind individuals will find great value in an exhibit at VISIONS 2013. The Exhibit Hall will be centrally located to the conference registration and session areas to ensure increased traffic. Organized breaks and receptions will take place in the Exhibit Hall to offer vendors dedicated time with conference attendees. In addition, a raffle drawing will be held that will require attendees to visit every exhibit booth in order to be entered.

EXHIBITOR RATES

Exhibitor Registration includes an exhibit booth in the VISIONS 2013 Exhibit Hall, two complimentary conference registrations (includes access to conference sessions and all meal functions), company listing in the program and on the VISIONS 2013 website.
