Welcome to the Seattle Chapter of the Foundation Fighting Blindness!

Our goal is to host educational meetings featuring retinal specialists, researchers, low vision specialists and resources. Social meetings are planned as well to provide a supportive environment for people with retinal degenerative diseases. As a chapter we strive to provide a sense of community and hope.

Featured Volunteer:

Anthony Salazar has been associated with the Foundation Fighting Blindness for a number of years, and has been active with the Seattle chapter, where he serves as the Communications Chair.  The Inaugural Washington VisionWalk has come to mean a great deal to him and his family, as he recently discovered his daughter has become a fourth generation carrier of Retinitis Pigmatosis (RP).
