Please join us on Friday, September 20, 2013 at Golf Club of Dublin for a day of golf benefitting the Foundation Fighting Blindness!

Cost is $488 per foursome or $130 per individual golfer and includes green fees & golf cart, access to driving range, box lunch, cookout golf reception & awards ceremony following course play, beverage ticket provided for each golfer to use during course play, and a return round on your next visit for the price of a cart.

Registration form and payment must be received no later than August 31, 2013. Register by July 31 to be entered in a drawing for a prize!
