Description
Over ten million Americans are affected by blinding retinal diseases such as macular degeneration, retinitis pigmentosa, and Usher syndrome. Foundation Fighting Blindness is working to find treatments and cures for these devastating diseases. The Foundation funds leading-edge research in areas such as genetics, gene therapy, transplantation, artificial retinal implants, and pharmaceutical and nutritional therapies.

VisionWalk
Since 2006, VisionWalk has raised over $25 million to support the mission of the Foundation. Over 50 walks are planned for 2013, including the 6th Annual San Diego VisionWalk at NTC Park at Liberty Station.
Join us on Saturday, November 9th as we put our walking shoes on and enjoy the beauty of NTC Park at Liberty Station. The morning will be filled with fun, food, and other kid activities so make a difference!
