We are delighted to announce that the Foundation Fighting Blindness is honoring Dr. David Winter and Mary Romo with its Visionary Award at the inaugural Santa Barbara Dining in the Dark Dinner on January 24, 2013, at the Fess Parker’s Doubletree Resort.  David and Mary are two of Santa Barbara’s most beloved residents.  They have made a significant impact on the community and the lives of thousands of individuals.
