We use our vision every day, in everything that we do. But while we use our eyes constantly, we often take our vision for granted. Our eyes are one of the most complex organs in our bodies but they are also very delicate. In this video series, Dr. Stephen Rose, chief research officer of the Foundation Fighting Blindness, explains some very simple things you can do in your day-to-day life to protect your eyes and keep your vision for life.
