Foundation Fighting Blindness Board Member Karen Petrou appeared on Comcast Newsmakers to discuss the Northern Virginia Dining in the Dark event on December 16. Affected by retinitis pigmentosa herself, Karen shared the Foundation’s mission with viewers as well as the Dining in the Dark concept, which gives guests a glimpse into the lives of people affected by vision-robbing diseases.
