James "Bubba" Frigo wants to see the country while he still can.
In 2008, Frigo, 18, was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa, a degenerative condition that typically results in blindness by the age of 40. A few months later, while on a bike ride with his father, James Sr., he had an idea.
