Research Call: February 2010
|
This is a time of great optimism here at the Foundation Fighting Blindness. Researchers funded by the Foundation are continuing to make tremendous strides in understanding the causes of retinal diseases and in the development of potential treatments and cures. And what’s most exciting is that the progress we’re making will not just benefit one or two forms of blindness—but the whole range of retinal diseases. Member support has truly been the lifeblood of the Foundation’s research and we want to make sure you are kept well informed about all the research we fund. That’s why Dr. Stephen Rose and Dr. Steven Bramer shared the latest research news with you on our research update call. The discussion was informative and many of our supporters, like you, asked excellent questions. If you were unable to join us, you can listen to a recording of the call with Dr. Rose and Dr. Bramer here. If you missed the call, this is a great way to hear about all the exciting news and progress discussed on the call.
