Retinal Imaging in Patients with Inherited Retinal Degenerations

RECRUITING Description: The University of California, San Francisco is conducting a 130-person study is to determine whether the structure and function of the human retina can be studied with high resolution in patients with inherited retinal degenerations using the Adaptive Optics Scanning Laser Ophthalmoscope (AOSLO). AOSLO has the potential to be a powerful tool in clinical trials for evaluating the effect of treatments on retinal degenerative diseases. Study Status: Ongoing; recruiting participants.
