Celebration for Sight 2011

The 2nd Annual Celebration for Luncheon and Card Party was held on Monday, April 4, 2011 at Boca Rio Country Club in beautiful Boca Raton, Florida. It was co-chaired by the Isens, Rushs, and Stones. By 11:00 AM, card players were lining up to register and purchase their raffle tickets to try their luck at winning fabulous prizes including handbags, earrings, bottles of Dom Perignon and gift certificates to great restaurants. Boca Rio had an amazing spread for brunch where all participants were able to energize and ready themselves for the festivities of the day. Dr. Larry Halperin of the Retina Group of Florida, gave a science update on the Foundation and recent clinical trials, and also answered questions from the crowd. Event Chairs Barbara Stone, Marilyn Rush and Charlotte Isen thanked everyone for their support and also for making it such a wonderful event.The card players moved into the card rooms and had breathtaking views of Boca Rio Country Club while playing Social Bridge, Duplicate Bridge, Canasta and Mahjong.
