The San Diego Chapter held a Speaker Series meeting on Saturday, April 21^st at the City Heights-Wellness Center.  Thank you to everyone who attended.  There was a lot of great information shared by our speakers.  A big thank you to Lisa Vaden, Senior Clinical Study Manager from Lithera, Inc. who shared her knowledge of Clinical Trials and introduced many of us to the website:  clinicaltrials.gov.  And, thanks you to Leif Johanson of the San Diego Center for the Blind who came and shared great resources with the group.  You can find many of these in the Resources section of this site.

The 4^th Annual San Diego  VisionWalk was held last November at the Mission Bay Park – De Anza Cove.  Photos from this record breaking event are below.  Congrats to the families and teams who reached their fundraising goals, helping us raise $108,000!
