VisionWalk Update:

We had a wonderful day on Saturday, June 9th at the Ft. Wayne VisionWalk with a huge crowd – we had over 430 participants walking with us! Thanks to everyone who came out and made the day so much fun. Together we have raised more than $57,000 to support critical sight-saving research!

Featured Volunteer:
Featured volunteer Dave Shane, his wife Coleen and the entire Shane family have been involved with the Fort Wayne VisionWalk since its inception in 2007. Dave’s team, Virgil’s Vision, is named after Dave’s late father, Virgil Shane. Virgil participated in the first Fort Wayne VisionWalk and was also affected with a retinal degenerative eye disease. Virgil passed away on January 30, 2008.
