Dear Friends of the Westchester-Fairfield Chapter,
Now, more than ever, the Westchester-Fairfield chapter of the Foundation Fighting Blindness is home to passionate, driven members who have not only spread the word about the Foundation, but have made it their personal mission to find a cure for blindness. I feel so fortunate to have been able to meet and work with such a motivated group of people. In its fourth year, our chapter is well underway and has hosted a number of successful chapter meetings and fundraising events.

2013 Westchester-Fairfield VisionWalk
Since its inception in the Spring of 2006, VisionWalk has raised more than $25 million to fund sight-saving research. Join the Westchester-Fairfield chapter on it’s 6th Annual VisionWalk on Sunday, October 20, 2103 at Glen Island Park in New Rochelle, NY. We are very excited to announce, chapter leader, Stephanie Basso will be the Walk Chair. Congratulations, Stephanie!

Partners for Retinal Health Update:
The Westchester-Fairfield Chapter is excited to announce it’s first partner in 2013 to join FFB’s Partners for Retinal Health Program!
Huson Valley Eye Surgeons is a leading eye care practice in Dutchess County, with a bridge to two respcted hospitals in eye surgery; Vassar Brothers Medical Center and The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.
They are renowned for individual and family eye care, cataract surgery, neuro-ophthalmology, nutritional guidance that will lead to continued preservation eyesight and more! They have 8 doctors on staff and are extremely helpful.
