• Hey I am 13 I was diagnosed recently but have been living with Stargardt's since I was 8. I would like to just email someone my age who has it or any parents who want to understand it.

• I understand what you are going through m I was diagnosed when I was 9 but I alwats had difficulty in school . I was one of the first 20 people to have Stargardts in New England. I am 35 now and have a wonderful family. I wouldn't mind chatting because I definatly knom whar you are going through.

  My 6 year old daughter (also named Abby, actually) was just diagnosed. I would love ho hear about how your parents explained your condition to you and how you have handled this ordeal from an emotional standpoint. I am terrified for my little girl and feel completely unprepared to help with what is coming.
