  • Per my opthamologists of Johns Hopkins he STRONGLY discourages the high intake of vitamin A due to damage to the liver I believe it was it has been about a year since he told me this.

  • He's not alone because I personally know FFB Clinicans/Researchers who are on the Scientific Advisory Board (the 2 ophthalmologists I've seen all my life are FFB affiliated as well) do not recommend it. It's not just the toxicity of the liver but the study is quite contreversial at best.
