• hi i am a 52 year old man who has been night blind for as long as i can remember. A little over a year ago i was diag. with rp. For the last several months i have had bright lights that swirl around in my eyes . This happens wheather i have my eyes open or closed. I am wondering if this is part of rp or some other problem. I have asked my Dr. but nobody seems to know why this is happening

• the lack of responds is because many people do not want to discuss rp,I was diagnoised in august and now I am working on getting some acceptance with rp. a few hours aga I met a man who was blind with rp and has a brother with rp who is not blind. I had to reach out to other's so that I will not feel so alone with Rp.

• Them lights are symptoms the way to stop them is to try eat sardines, tune ,herring, and they will stop for a while as long as you continue to eat the things.

• thanks for the response on my message both of you alexis and alyce there dosent seem to be very many people who will respond. I will try the fish remedy because nothing else seems to work. I also find the lack of answers discouraging. I wish you both the best
