  • Yes, Omega-3 is recommended. Don't take anything with vitamin E in it.

  • I take Vit A 10k iu and supplement it with sardine or salmon. I've had RP since I was 5 and still work at 41 amd can drive in the day. You can't tell if it works or not, but all I know is it's recessive and that could be due to the Vit A. I have a poor diet and have high cholestrol, but I take my Vit a religiously for the last 10 yrs
