• Has anyone heard about micro acupuncture as a treatment for RP and other degenerative diseases. Just read a lot on it and it looks promising. I know the doctors all say there are no cures or treatments for RP but I'm not ready to rule out alternative medicines as an alternative to treatment for my husband's RP. Any info would be great. Thank you!

  Anyway, you and your husband should try, perhaps acupuncture might work well for you.

• Wish I knew as well! I too am very interested in this and would love to hear if anyone has had success on this meesage board. I agree though that it does sound more promising than anything else. One positive is that it won't hurt you. I hope more people respond to this thread!

• yes, it has worked for many people. I know because I have been recieving the Micro-Acupuncture treatments for 2 years. I have RP.I recieve them from Dr. Per Otte. Hes in Beckley WV. And the phone number is 304-877-2303. I know its not a cure for my rp but it has so far, not only improved my vision but also keeps it stable with upkeep.. Good luck tenni
