  Now I want to recommend you a terrific website where you will find RPers who have cataracts like you and they are going thru the same you are, I have cataracts and they are just forming and for now I will not get the surgery done.

  And I also recommend you to join the Retinitis Pigmentosa group on Yahoogroups, is like a mailing list for RP, very useful with nice people too.

• I have RP .the treatment that works for me for now is Microacupuncture. This has helped keep my vision stable until a cure can be found. The phone number to the clinic I recieve treatments is 1 304 255 1123, The Dr. is Per Otte, this is in Beckley WV. This to me is a good alternative treatment for most retinal diseases until a cure is discovered, considering there are no treatments available at all.
