- It certainly is possible smoking will affect RP. Look at it this way. The blood vessels in the eye become attenuated. And that creates poor circulation in the eye. Smoking certainly has an impact on circulation and when coming through vessels that are already compromised, it could be worse on the eyes.

- Smoking does it affect rp well it affects my eye's and dont do drugs like cannabis which triggered my rp but i guees everyone is diffrent

- couse i have this thing like when i smoke in the morning i feel like liquids r floting and moving in my eyes specific round the center so is the effect of smoking could be that clear on rp or it just a normal thing for everone with rp

- I dont know about the liquid thing. But i have wondered myself about the same question about smoking and alcohol. Does anybody know the effects that alcohol has on the condition.

- One thing is for certain, is that if you are a smoker or a past smoker, you would not be able to participate in the Vitamin A regime. The reason being is that Vitamin A increases your risk of lung cancer/disease. Some people still do it but the heightened risk puts doctors in a position to discourage the Vitamin A approach.
