- Eddie,
It depends if you paid taxes or not. If you didn't pay taxes and had $8K income or more, then you'd likely get $300 if you filed individual or $600 if you filed jointly.
Those that did pay taxes, would recieve $600 if filed individually and $1200 if filed jointly. There is a mix thrown in possibly up to $200 (or $300 I can't remember) per child.
Since this isn't legislation yet it's unclear exactly how this will work. But I wouldn't count on it if you had disability when you filed last year.

- If you have earnded income of 3000.00 you will get a check. I would call your tax person to find out for sure.

- Continue to check www.irs.gov for any updates to the rebate.
I work for the IRS and we don't currently have any info on this but have been instructed to let callers know to continue checking for updates on our website.

- I should note that the House is the one that came with the deal. I've read the Senate has their own version so it might be a little battle. Until legislation is passed, we really won't know until it's passed.
I spoke to my uncle about this who is a CPA and a tax expert and he wouldn't even speculate until he saw the law.
