• Hello to all. I am 31 years old and have been diagnosed with wet amd in my left eye for over a year now. I have had five Avastin injections and one PDT. In a few days I will have my second PDT treatment. My question is, where I have a blind spot, there is almost always a flashing light affect. This occurs if my eye is open or closed. I was wondering if this is normal. My doctor has explained that it is probably were my brain is trying to fill in the blanks.
