  This is a very comprehensive overview of the entire field of diet and nutrition that brings together all of the current thinking about improved retinal health through the food we eat and the supplements we take. I highly recommend that everyone and their caregivers view Dr. Mogk's presentation. And be prepared to take notes, because it is full of a great deal of important information you will want to remember.
