  The January webcast of the International Macular Degeneration Support Group featured Mary Warren, MS, OTR/L, SCLV, FAOTA, from the Department of Occupational Therapy, University of Alabama at Birmingham. The audio/visual recording of "The Challenges of Multiple Age-Related Disabilities" is now available free to the public on the IMDSG web site at:

  This is an important and timely subject for aging seniors who often feel overwhelmed by the seemingly endless number of conditions we face. I highly recommend that you set aside an hour to listen to what Mary Warren has to say.
  
  Over 9,000 retirement centers, libraries, clinics and senior organizations are receiving flyers in the mail this week about these monthly IMDSG presentations. This outreach program is designed to provide information and support at no cost to visually impaired older adults who do not otherwise have access to such resources. I welcome all help in spreading the word and have made a copy of the flyer available for printing and distribution from:
