• Hey guys,
  this is abby,
  and i am new to this, so help me out a little.
  i decided to write a book, the point of view being from a blind boy. the story, about his struggle.
  but, i honestly have no idea what i am righting about when i write how he went blind.
  so, if you guys could help me out to find the right "case" for how it happened. that would be amazing.

• hi my name is frank and i have bests diease iam 49 years old i learned i had it 7 years ago i went to the doctor yesterday as i drive truck for a living and it looks like iam not going to be able to do that anymore as my vision in my left eye has gone from 20/40 to 20/70 in two years my right is 20/30 its alot better than my right i just wanted to know if anyone has any imformation on this diease as my doctor dont seem to know much about it said iam only the second case hes seen in his life so anyway any imformation would be greatly appreacheated thanks

  I don't know if anyone told you but there is a chat session tomorrow night at 6 p.m. eastern with 2 doctors who will try to answer questions about Best Disease. We also chat most Monday's at 7 p.m. eastern just among ourselves. If you can, try to make one of the chats.
  
  Is your doctor a retina specialist? If not, you should probably try to find one in your area; perhaps at a university near you.
  
  There is also info here on the FFB and if you do a search on the internet about Best Disease.
