At the WA Talking Books and Braille Library, we learned, from Linda A. Ramsdell, MS, CGC, a genetic counselor at Seattle Children's Hospital, about inheritance patterns and the different types of genetic testing. Then, Danielle Miller discussed the new digital player available at WA Talking Books, where you can download books from your computer to a zip drive and play them just like a tape. She said this is what keeps people young, as they have over 60 individuals over 100 years old use their services!
