Nashville, you did a great job!
What an incredibly beautiful day for a walk. Thanks to over 325 of you, the energy was high and the 7th Annual Nashville VisionWalk was an amazing event!
We had 28 fantastic teams participate in the VisionWalk this year and to date they have raised over $52,000 for critical retinal degenerative disease research. That thermometer is still moving every day, so keep an eye on it. If you're still holding on to checks, collecting checks, or thinking about doing more fundraising - it's not too late! To donate, please visit the Nashville VisionWalk website. Thank you for your support!

There are a lot of people to thank for making this such a great Walk:
- Our Walk Chairs - Susan and Jimmy Freeze
- Our Medical Chair - Dr. Milam Brantley
- Our Chapter President - Peggy Mitchell
Thank you to our amazing sponsors who help drive the research through their financial support:
Walmart, Regeneron, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Laura Gammons Memorial, Holloway Construction, Mitchell Advertising, Dr. Michael Politzer, and Tennessee Retina.
Thank you to our in-kind donors who, through their generous donation of food and time, ensure that even more money goes directly to research: Target, Food Lion, and Costco. Jack Kaworski - thank you for the beautiful photography, and Tennesee Protection for making sure we all felt and were safe throughout our Walk.
And, of course, thank you to our Team Captains, Walkers, Supporters and Volunteers. Simply put, we couldn't do what we do each and every year without all of you!
