Traveling west on Michigan Street, take the first left after crossing over Indiana Ave. (Toledo Street, unmarked), then turn left again into the ACSM parking lot. Enter through the door at the south end of the parking lot.

Dr. Shah is a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in vitreoretinal surgery, diseases and uveitis. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Florida, Gainesville, followed by a two-year fellowship in medical/surgical retina at Indiana University. In addition, he completed a fellowship in uveitis and medical retina at the world-class Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Shah has particular expertise in complex uveitis cases. He is available to evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of retinal disorders including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusions and uveitis. Dr. Shah travels to locations in Carmel, Greenwood, Kokomo and Muncie.
Please join our chapter after the presentation as we congregate for lunch at the Stardust Terrace Café (inside of the Indiana Historical Society). This will be an excellent opportunity to socialize and meet other families and individuals affected by a retinal disease in the Indianapolis community.
