Dr. Feman practiced ophthalmology for over 30 years, first in Nashville, Tennessee then in St. Louis Missouri.  He currently serves as Emeritus Professor of Ophthalmology at St. Louis University.  He also works as a consultant for FDA Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, NIH Study Sections on Kidney, Nutrition, Obesity and Diabetes and Human Research Protection Office at Washington University.
